The objective of this research is to knowledge the relationship between : Leadership and Job Satisfaction with Lecturer‟s Behavior at Work. This research take place ini Samarinda State Polytechnic in 2004. the method of this research is surveying by using regression inferential statistic analysis. The total of sample is 60 lecturer in Samarinda State Polytechnic. The result of the research shows that ; (1) there is a positive relation significance between Leadership with Lecturer's Behavior at Work, (2) there is a positive relation significance between Job Satisfaction with Lecturer‟s Behavior at Work, and (3) there is a positive relation significance between Leadership and Job Satisfaction with Lecturer‟s Behavior at Work.
