This book concludes the series of activities pertaining to the identification and inventory-making of forts throughout Indonesia that had been conducted by the Architecture Documentation Center (PDA) in three years (2007-2010). The work comprises field surveys, making sketches and drawings, photographing and video-filming as well as literature search on the history of forts; the literature search having been carried out in Indonesia and in Holland.
