PERANAN PERPUSTAKAAN SMA NEGERI 1 MAGELANG DALAM MENUNJANG RINTISAN SEKOLAH BERTARAF INTERNASIONAL

ABSTRACT


Purpose of this study is the role of SMA Negeri 1 Magelang Library supportting standard international school. In this study qualitative evaluation method was used, and required detailed description of running a program. Informant in this study are Headmaster, Library Coordinator, Standard International School Team, teachers, and student. Data collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques by classifying the data obtained and analyzed in accordance with the symptoms or the object under study and interpret based on existing theory. Library Management Approach was used to know the role of SMA Negeri 1 Magelang Library, which consist foor components, taht are: Human Resources, Collections, Facilities and Services Infrastructure. Based on the Library Management Approach, the result of this study are the human resources, collections, facilities infrastructure and library services have not been able to support SMA Negeri 1 Magelang as the International School.
